[Announcement] Phase 4 of Vitamin Coin distribution

Phase 4 of distribution is coming, which means some changes are going to be applied to our SBP voting rewards.

After today's payouts, rewards ratio will be adjusted. 45% of Vite rewards VitaminCoinSBP receives everyday will be distributed to voters, and VITC multiplier will be reduced, from x65 to x25.

Voters will receive more Vite and less Vitamin Coin.

ie: In Phase 3, if you got 1 VITE per day, you also got 25 VITC as additional rewards. However, in Phase 4, you would only get 25 VITC if you received 1 VITE.
